Master Bedroom

At the front of the house is a large master bedroom featuring white plantation shutters, picture rails and a custom built bead-head which is suitable for any sized bed and treated with the same beautiful Japanese Black timber stain. Off the master bedroom is a large walk-in robe, with plenty of storage including an inbuilt shoe rack and a bespoke handbag hanging rack for 10 handbags. The walk in robe also houses the access to the attic via a ladder.

The master bedroom ensuite features a double sink also with plenty of storage, a shower with feature 3D tiles which shimmer and reflect light, a toilet and matt black finish tapware.

Second Bedroom

A second bedroom across the entryway also features white plantation shutters, picture rails and a walk-in robe plus carpet throughout.

Ensuite

I wanted a luxury ensuite that was clean lines and simple…. and gave great light. The white shutters provide the perfect light at the angle you need. We chose shimmering white tiles as the feature wall… for that bling and it reflects the light. Double sinks with black taps to align with the rest of the house and plenty of storage for make up and toiletries. We chose a tile insert drain for a seamless look and feel. The sinks are easy to clean with no lips.

Main Bathroom

The main bathroom has been lovingly considered by the current owners to be a place where you can relax in the tub and feel like “you are living in an absolute oasis.”

A beautiful floor-to-ceiling tiled feature wall and nook enhance the freestanding bath and shower space. Another toilet, double sink (plus under sink storage) with black tapware and contrasting vanity top complete the room.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is generously sized and features stone benchtops, a Whitestone sink, two Miele ovens, a Miele dishwasher, rangehood and stove-top.

In slick white, the kitchen also has black hardware to add visual interest. Also adding to the homely and airy nature of this kitchen is a window outlook as part of the tiled splashback. Custom shelving that ties in with the Japanese Black stained floorboards has also been incorporated.

The kitchen also adjoins the study nook which has doors enabling you to keep an eye on the kids if they’re in there doing their homework or you can close the doors to shut the days’ work away.

The butler’s pantry has a huge amount of storage, a sink, plentiful power outlets and of course at the end of the night, if you’ve had friends over, you can pick up your plates and put them in the butler’s pantry, close the door and resume enjoying yourself!

A true family home

Throughout the house there are 5 aircon and heating zones ensuring the home is perfectly warmed and cooled according to the Season.

A number of rooms also feature solar lighting (such as the walk-in robe and laundry) which aids in energy usage cost reductions.

Yet another room featuring solar light – sufficient lighting during the day with no need to turn on the lights. A huge amount of storage (including an ironing board/broom cupboard) and open shelving. A great room that despite being hidden away has easy access to the linen cupboard, the four bedrooms and easy access through to the back of the house to the washing-line (purposely positioned to have the best amount of sun in winter and summer to dry clothes without using power).
