This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify 1 Village Project Marketing Pty Ltd T/as Reside Real Estate and One Village Property Management Pty Ltd T/as Reside Property Management, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:

(i) all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with your content;

(ii) any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the Website or attempts to do so; and/or

(iii) any breach of the Terms.

 

Complaint Handling 

At Reside Real Estate, we believe that if a client wishes to file a complaint or express dissatisfaction, it should be easy for them to do so. It is Reside Real Estate’s policy to receive complaints and consider them as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve and provide a better service.

In addition, a quick resolution of complaints, in a way that respects and values a person’s feedback, can be one of the most important factors in recovering the persons confidence about a service offered by the company. It can also help prevent further escalation of the complaint.

Venue and Jurisdiction

(a) The Services offered by is intended to be viewed by residents of Victoria, Australia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Governing Law

(a) The Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and the rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted and construed by, under and pursuant to the laws of Victoria, Australia, without reference to conflict of law principles, notwithstanding mandatory rules. The validity of this governing law clause is not contested. The Terms shall be binding to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
